languages are good to add to your resume especially if you're applying for an organisation that is international.
3-Your objective
what are you currently doing or hoping to acheive? try to make it as forward as possible.
4-Softwares you're fimiliar with
if you can use excel you can highlight that, if you're applying for a video editing position you can highlight the video editing softwares you can use.
5-Academic Background

You can customise a message by adding the recruiter's name and telling them what your goal is, most recruiters will not keep you waiting and will send you their email in order to send them your resume.
