most of the times its very difficult to keep healthy while having a trip, however its not impossible to keep some of your healthy habits to think about your health as much as you think about your trip, in this blogpost ill highlight the must do's if you're planning to keep fit.





Take an Airbnb, or a hotel apartment


a kitchen can help you wake up and cook your eggs as well as eating your cereal instead of going to a hotel buffet and eating whatever you find in front of you in the house its also easier to measure the portions instead of taking a food scale with you to the hotel restaurant how weird is that?!





Prepare your meals one day ahead


its okay to reward yourself with a meal everyday or every other day while travelling, however you can prepare the ingredients for your other two meals one day ahead, this will help you keep some of your healthy habits so you don't have to start from zero when you get back from holiday


Track your calories


calorie tracking can be the best way to stick to a specific weight, when you track your calories you can guarantee that you haven't gained an extra 3 kg of fat when you get back calculate everything including the drinks you have a set your calorie intake to (your weight in pounds * 14), try to fill atleast 50% of your calories with healthy food.
