As an athlete I had a lot of my clients and friends ask me the same question that be where do you get your daily motivation, my workout habit started of as a must, I must get in a specific shape to raise to the peoples standards and I can guarantee that I hated every minute of it, However; it ended up as a hobby I started liking what I do, what happened? and how did I reach from point A to point B?.

Why do people enjoy their workout?
If you ever heard the term workout the first thing that will come to your mind is lifting heavy weights and running like a crazy man, but there's much more to a workout than that in order to keep the habit you need to start with something that interests you, put a number of sports on the list and try all of them and don't be afraid of being the worst on the field there's always a starting point to everyone, personally as an athlete I played basketball with my friends once and I SUCKED!, for some it is a nightmare for me its a reason to push myself harder and harder!, after you find the sport that you enjoyed don't let failure put you down, make it your goal, practice daily until your confident that you will go back to the field and show everyone your improvement even if you didn't end up winning the game eliminate the negativity!, the people who you played with will probably notice your development and they will set you as an example. negative thoughts can be a performance killer you always want to keep a good mindset, remember that these people you're getting competitive with probably played their entire lives. also there's much more for people to worry about than saying Steven was the worst on the field today.
remember that you always need to set a realistic goal when working out, the 6-month transformation videos you see online are usually just a click-bait focus on your performance instead of how your body looks like the next day.
takeaway:
1-find something that you like doing it can be anything including dancing.. etc
2-practice until you're in the competitive area
