Although, its obvious that most your fitness influencers aren't considered healthy most people nowadays would sacrifice their health for the sack of looking good.
in this blogpost I'll cover a very under mentioned topic in the sports industry, the reason behind that topic being under mentioned is because most your fitness influencers care about selling you their products more than they care about your health
I'll start of by mentioning the negative effects of low body fat

fats in your diet are important to have a healthy skin when you have too low body fat your body will suck the water from your skin rerouting to your vital organs and you'll end up with dry skin this is why we witness a lot of bodybuilders pull the skin of their abs.
