Having troubles reaching your water intake? you shall read this.

According to research a man needs around 4 liters of water a day whereas a woman require approximately 3 liters of water in a day, this sounds unrealistic but this is what your body and mind needs to work at its full capacity, for some people its so hard to drink that much water in a day.


in this blogpost I'll give you an advice of fitness professionals.


1-Eat your water



although the term seems unrealistic, most fruits and vegetables have a very high content of water, if we take watermelon which is 92% made of water or celery which is 95% water or even the very taste strawberries which are 91% water, we will reach to a conclusion that eating your water is actually possible and its more fun than having a water bottle in your hand 24/7 which takes us to the second point.

2-Have a water bottle on your hand at all time


when you have a water bottle in your hand you will unconsciously start drinking more water, by the end of the day you will have already reached your water intake, its also a great way to stay hydrated throughout the day.
