Raising the Bar

I have been active since the age of 14, I started my Fitness Journey by participating with the schools football team and participating in running competitions, at the age of 17 I started lifting weights until that day, throughout my Fitness Journey I learnt that its not what you give in a single day that matters its the constant effort you put on and its not the one hour you spend in the gym, its what you do after you leave your training that matters.
